Justine Teu is a fiction writer from Queens, New York.

A daughter to Chinese immigrants, Justine spends most of her time in Brooklyn, where you can usually find her caring for her houseplants, sitting on the floor, and thinking about the ways superstition and spiritualism contend with our modern world.

Justine obtained her MFA in fiction from The New School. Currently, she is working on a campus novel about friend breakups, Chinese superstition, and the ways we negotiate the blurred lines of life's endings. She also teaches introductory creative writing at the Gotham Writers Workshop.
