Justine Teu is a fiction writer from Queens, New York.

A daughter to Chinese immigrants, Justine spends most of her time in Brooklyn, where you can usually find her caring for her houseplants, sitting on the floor, and thinking about the new worlds within our own. In writing, she is primarily interested in liminal spaces, especially the kinds we find buried within ourselves and others, and how they alter the shape the reality we know.

Justine is pursuing her MFA in fiction at The New School. Currently, she is working on a campus novel about friend breakups, Chinese superstition, and the ways we negotiate the blurred lines of life's endings.
